ClipForge

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Overview

ClipForge is a content workflow tool for creating short-form social media clips from music-related videos. It helps users generate clips, captions, overlays, post copy, and publishing drafts for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

By using ClipForge, you agree to use the service only for content that you have the right to process, edit, publish, or submit for review.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining all rights, licenses, and permissions for source videos, music, images, and other media.
  • Reviewing clips, captions, overlays, hashtags, and post copy before publishing.
  • Complying with each social platform's rules, including TikTok's community guidelines and API policies.
  • Ensuring that your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

3. Social Platform Connections

ClipForge may allow you to connect social accounts using platform authorization flows. When you connect an account, ClipForge may receive limited account information and access tokens needed to create drafts, upload videos, or submit approved posts.

ClipForge is designed to require user approval before posting. You should disconnect ClipForge from a social platform if you no longer want it to access that account.

4. AI-Generated Assistance

ClipForge may use automated systems to suggest clips, captions, commentary overlays, hashtags, and post copy. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated material before it is published.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ClipForge to:

  • Upload or publish content that you do not have permission to use.
  • Mislead viewers about sponsorship, authorship, endorsements, or material facts.
  • Violate social platform policies or applicable law.
  • Attempt to bypass review gates, authorization checks, rate limits, or platform restrictions.

6. Service Availability

ClipForge is an early-access creator workflow service. Features may evolve as the service improves. Social publishing depends on third-party platform approvals, API availability, account permissions, and the user's explicit approval of each publishing draft.

7. Contact
